Services The application guides document processing, document auditing, and electronic filing of any paper documents and computer files generated or received in the clinician's office. Claim Link also offers “point and click” patient identification, document scanning (including insurance cards), and real time superbill printing for patients (including walk-ins). Document images stored in the electronic filing system are searchable by patient, keyword(s) or date. Selected documents can be routed to billing. Claim Link AIMS Data Center: Document image files are backed up. Real time checking is performed on patient registrations and superbills. All registration and superbill data is extracted, verified, and then sent to the PMS or EMR. Claim Link software is continuously learning each practitioner's style (handwriting and terms) and practice characteristics (diagnoses, treatments, and modifiers). Billing Office: If required, auditing can be done by billing specialists through a web application.
